Work as a Digital Workspace Manager in Newcastle upon Tyne
The role:
We are working with a market leading organisation who are looking for an experienced Digital Workspace Manager to optimise and lead their Digital Workspace strategy whilst leading a developing team of Digital Workspace Engineers. To be successful in this role, you will have experienced in working on collaboration platforms and digital workspace evolution to support an enterprise wide transformation.
What you will be doing:
You will oversee the line management of a growing team of Digital Workspace engineers.
You will design, develop, and execute a digital workspace strategy that is in sync with the organisation's objectives.
As the Digital Workplace Manager, you will advocate for a user-centric design approach to the digital workspace.
You will implement security protocols to protect digital assets and confidential data.
You will manage stakeholders, addressing their concerns and changes, and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the effective delivery of digital workspace solutions.
Regularly and promptly deliver management reports on metrics, usage patterns, and key performance indicators related to the digital workspace.
Who you will be:
A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management position, and at least 3 years of experience in an End User Computing (EUC) or Digital workspace role.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing digital workspaces, collaboration platforms, and associated technologies.
Experience in project management, particularly in leading teams across different functions.
Possesses an analytical thought process and the ability to make decisions based on data.
