Salary: Up to £40k basic, car/or allowance, bonus structure Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell our products/services.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by developing and implementing robust sales plans.

Product Knowledge:

Possess an in-depth understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience in selling Waste Clinical services to the Home-care sector is a major plus. - Alternatively, candidates with a background in Clinical Waste or related industries (Washroom/Hygiene Companies) are encouraged to apply. - Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
