Key skills & attributes: Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Nursing:Gain theoretical and practical knowledge. Pre-registration program:Apply your learning in supervised clinical settings. Registered with the NMC:Qualified and legally practicing RMN. Empathy, compassion, communication, and active listening. Assessment, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. Organisation, time management, stress management, and resilience.

Your Responsibilities: Comprehensive assessment and care planning: Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement personalised care plans, ensuring effective and compassionate care delivery. Mentorship and guidance: Lead and guide our support staff, fostering their growth and development within a positive learning environment. Effective communication: Build strong relationships with customers, carers, visitors, and colleagues by maintaining clear and open communication channels. MHA expertise: Implement the Mental Health Act effectively and ethically when necessary. Continuous learning: Actively participate in in-house and virtual learning opportunities to stay updated on the latest practices and regulations.
