Your Responsibilities:
Comprehensive assessment and care planning: Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement personalised care plans, ensuring effective and compassionate care delivery.
Mentorship and guidance: Lead and guide our support staff, fostering their growth and development within a positive learning environment.
Effective communication: Build strong relationships with customers, carers, visitors, and colleagues by maintaining clear and open communication channels.
MHA expertise: Implement the Mental Health Act effectively and ethically when necessary.
Continuous learning: Actively participate in in-house and virtual learning opportunities to stay updated on the latest practices and regulations.
Policy and procedure development :Contribute to the development and revision of local policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices.
