I am currently working with a large local authority based in the Greater Manchester area who is looking for a childcare solicitor on a locum basis.
Cases Involving
DOLs
Care Proceedings
ETOs
Smaller case load of urgent cases
Requirements:
Experience with handling a complex case load.
Ability to be in court doing advocacy twice per week
5 years PQE
The role will primarily be remote working, however, there will be need to conduct advocacy in court up to twice per week.
