The role involves overseeing all Electrification and Power (E&P) engineering activities, ensuring compliance with standards and project scopes. Responsibilities include managing changes, serving as the primary E&P engineering contact, and collaborating within project and engineering teams. This role requires acting in various capacities such as CEM, E&P CRE, or Senior Engineer on projects, resolving technical issues, ensuring adherence to standards, overseeing documentation, subcontractor management, cost control, safety inspections, and mentoring less experienced staff for professional development.

THE ROLE
* Coordinate and ensure technical compliance of Electrification and Power (E&P) engineering activities with project scopes and standards.
* Serve as the main E&P engineering point of contact, acting in capacities like CEM, E&P CRE, or Senior Engineer, resolving technical issues, and overseeing documentation.
* Manage changes, collaborate within project teams, handle subcontractor contracts, control costs, conduct safety inspections, and mentor less experienced staff for their professional development.
