We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales and Leasing Negotiator at Euro Car Parks. You would be part of a dynamic and exciting team within our Central London Office with a heavily incentivised commission structure.
The role includes:
Registering sites for both Sales and Leasing
Client meetings and out-reach
Arrange appointments
Negotiate offers between parties
Liaise with admin staff and oversee individual deals through to completion
Build relationships with clients and vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Actively promote the company, identify new business and liaise with the team to grow the client base
As part of the role, you will work both within a team and independently. The ideal candidate will have good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads. An excellent telephone manner and both written and verbal communication skills are key. Full training will be given to enable you to quickly and efficiently complete daily responsibilities, whilst maintaining a very high standard of professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive in identifying and improving systems and procedures. You should be IT literate numerate and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Hours: 40 Hours per week
