Senior-level OPERA Cloud PMS and/or OPERA Cloud Sales & Event Management product expert with experience in the hospitality industry.
Must have experience using OPERA Cloud PMS and/or OPERA Cloud Sales & Event Management products.
The OPERA Cloud Training Consultant will be responsible for facilitating product configuration and application training for customers in a live- remote training environment. In additional to facilitating customer training workshops, he/she/they will work with instructional designers to assess, design and update course topics and curriculum and schedule workshop sessions throughout the calendar year.
The OPERA Cloud Training Consultant will work closely with the Training Manager to monitor and assess workshop feedback and help implement future strategies to help drive subscription sales.
6-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Product expertise relevant to area of focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and team members. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Facilitate OPERA Cloud PMS, OPERA Cloud Reporting & Analytics, and OPERA Cloud Sales & Event Management remote workshops for customers
Act as subject matter experts and work with instructional designers to assess and design workshop courses and curriculum
Work with training coordinator to create course schedules and track participant registration and attendance
Work with documentation team to create course documents
Communicate workshop subscription offering needs with training manager
Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features
Help drive workshop subscription sales
