Our client is a market leading brand who specialise in the production, development, supply, support, distribution and operation of amusement arcade games and merchandise for the global entertainment sector. They serve various markets, including Family Entertainment Centres, Arcades, Bowling venues, Bars & Restaurants, Cinemas, and a wide range of other mixed leisure entertainment locations. They are commitment to bringing the best brands and tried & tested products to the marketplace, and due to growth are looking for a Field Service Engineer. As one of their Field Service Engineers, you will be looking after the Yorkshire region, installation, repairing, servicing, and removing a range of amusement products. Ensuring that their machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently. You will be service centric and posses' strong communication skills.
Field Service Engineer – Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of Amusements equipment.
- Carry out basic network diagnostic work
- To complete preventative maintenance
- Refill and merchandise selected machines
- Ensure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities
Field Service Engineer – Required Skills
- At least one year's experience servicing electronic coin/redemption and video arcade equipment/products.
- Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of company and 3rd party products.
- Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner.
- Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling You will enjoy meeting people, and will be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented.
- Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover all locations as and where required to provide support to Engineers across all sites.
- This role will require the job holder to stay overnight on occasions and you must be able to work every other weekend and pro rata public holidays.
- There may be some out of hours work required for installation projects.
