In order to support our growing business we have an exciting opening for a Field Manager to lead our field engineers within theNorth England/ Scotland area. Youwill be responsiblefor the safety, performance, service delivery and leadership of a team of multi-skilled Field engineers. Who are we? Covering the full network lifecycle, we deliver Managed Services and Projects for both fixed and mobile infrastructure networks across the operator and utility markets. Underpin your teams utilisation and flexibility with a successful training strategy which meets the demands of the business and keeps your people highly utilised and engaged. Lead from the front to embrace business change and transformation programs which focus on cost, revenue, customer, and people. Accountable for your productivity, utilisation and customer SLA delivery within your patch. Ensure a culture of safety in your team through training, support, checks and safety engagement. Execute and deliver all programs of work across your patch. Delivering performance and quality metrics to support revenue and customer on time service delivery. Develop strong working relationships across all our business stakeholder partners, working collaboratively to improve customer outcomes and the performance of our business. What competencies are we looking for? Results Driven

A track record of operational grip and integrity. Delivering results that matter for our customers and our business by balancing cost, quantity, quality, and empowerment. Able to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business and our customer base. Able to influence and negotiate to achieve the right business and customer outcomes. A high level of computer literacy is essential, particularly MS Excel. Ability to engage, motivate, develop, and inspire a team to deliver results.
