If yes, then we have an amazing opportunity for you. We are looking for a Semi Independent Manager to join our client based in South East London.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and managing a staff team to provide high quality support and care
Ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations
Working with young adults with challenging behaviour and complex needs
Communicating and liaising with external agencies and stakeholders
Managing the budget and resources of the service
To be successful in this role, you will need:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care- (children and young adults) or working towards
Minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
Excellent leadership and management skills
Good communication and IT skills
A positive and proactive attitude
