£30,000 to £40,000 DOE
Elevation are excited to be working with a growing Sheffield business who specialise in premium products within the construction industry to recruit a Commercial Sales Estimator to join their dynamic team.
Your role will be pivotal in generating leads, crafting quotations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
Role & Responsibilities:
Utilise prospecting tools, historical data, cold calling, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Prepare detailed quotations for bespoke Secondary Glazing installations in Commercial premises using our proprietary software.
Estimate project costs accurately.
Cultivate long-term professional relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact via CRM.
Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring optimal margins and contract conditions.
Collaborate with the Sales team to convert quotations into orders.
Develop product/application knowledge to provide expert consulting advice to clients (training provided).
Skills & Experience Required:
Estimating experience is essential
Experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous.
Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation skills.
Experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous.
Background in Sales with expertise in Lead Generation, relationship building, and phone-based account management.
Proficient in preparing quotations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Persistence and resilience in navigating the sales process.
CAD/Drawing experience is a plus.
