My client isan award winning landscape design and build company with decades of experience, working across London and the Home Counties. The team have undertaken a broad range of both Private and Commercial projects. They arecurrently seeking three dynamic and experienced Project Managers to lead their secured hard and soft landscaping projects, ranging from £1-5 million in value. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction, detailed design, and health and safety aspects of projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Oversee detailed design processes, collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure working environment. Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping projects within the £1-5 million range. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is mandatory. Previous experience working with tier 1 commercial projects is essential. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
