Work as a Technical Strategy Manager in London

We are committed to providing excellence to clients and candidates alike, without exception and on behalf of our fantastic, London-based client, we are currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Strategy Manager.
Our client is a well-established, business and estates management organisation and this role is pivotal to the management and development of our clients technical infrastructure and ongoing strategy.
You will be heavily involved in technical project management work and will develop business strategies for delivery across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing functions. You will operate effectively, efficiently and in line with compliance and safety measures and it is therefore imperative that you have previously been fully immersed in the end-to-end lifecycle of sizeable, time sensitive, technical projects of this nature.
You will engage with a range of external stakeholders of all levels, and you collaborate with multiple divisions to ensure the technical strategy of the business is executed in line with the organisations mission and values.
To be considered for this role you MUST:
Have a mechanical engineering background and hold a recognised mechanical engineering qualification(ESSENTIAL)
Have strategic project implementation capability within M&E / MEP areas(ESSENTIAL)
Have a background in ensuring ISO standards are met and remain high(ESSENTIAL)
Have extensive experience of working within estate/buildings management
Hold recognised project management qualification
Have the ability to lead on tender initiatives and manage supplier contracts
Possess previous people and team management experience (this role has a one direct management report)
Have undertaken NEBOSH certification and be L8 Compliance trained
Be analytically minded, be comfortable engaging with diverse personalities and possess the gravitas required to challenge where required and appropriate
