We are on the lookout for a Deputy Manager to support an existing Manager, this service is running at roughly 550 hours.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and committed to excellence in care provision.
Your Role Will Include:
Staying abreast of relevant regulations, legislation, and best practices in care provision.
Communicating policies, processes, and goals effectively to senior teams and staff.
Implementing and maintaining standards required by legislation for Home Care registration.
Providing leadership to ensure excellent service delivery, effective staff management, and outstanding person-centred care.
Building strong relationships with staff, fostering an inclusive and positive culture, and offering support and guidance as needed.
Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for clients.
Engaging with family members and local community groups to meet the broader needs of clients.
Evaluating and updating clients` Care Plans in compliance with data protection laws. o
Being available on-call for emergencies on a rotational basis, including out of hours.

Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
A full driving license and your own vehicle. o
A Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
At least two years` experience in social care at a senior level and a minimum of one year`s leadership experience, ideally within Home Care.
Previous Deputy Manager experience is desirable
