Contract - w/c 18th March - End of Summer Term (July) (opportunity for temp to perm)
Norfolk
£130 - £150 per day (Via an umbrella company)
School-based - 5 days per week Monday - Friday
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a primary school based in the Norfolk area to support the recruitment of an Interim School Office Manager to oversee the daily administration and ensure the smooth running of the school office and reception desk.
We are seeking a highly organised, positive and enthusiastic individual who can effectively manage tasks whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Some of the key Responsibilities:
Manning the school reception desk and be the first point of contact for the school.
Greeting visitors and ensuring they are authorised and checked in.
Answering the telephones, emails and posts.
Coordinating HR and finance administration,
Recording and maintaining data for staff and pupils (Update register system on child absences/sickness.)
Performing any other administrative tasks.
To be considered:
Previous experience working in an administrative, receptionist or office manager position.
Previous experience working within an education, charity or health care setting.
Clear DBS
Next Steps:
We are looking for someone who can be available and start immediately. You will be required to be based in the school 5 days per week, Monday - Friday.
The role is an initial interim contract lasting until the end of the School Summer Term (July). There is potential for a Temp to perm option after the initial interim contract.
