This involves transitioning Finance from a backward-looking role to a forward-looking partner for management, facilitating support for future business needs. How You'll Make an Impact: Drive efficiency through process optimization, data analysis, and automation.Assess data quality and suitability, crafting and analyzing data sets to provide insights.Provide high-quality data for informed decision-making.Analyze trends and patterns in sophisticated data sets to support strategic analysis.Collaborate across functions to understand the business for forecasting and reporting. What You Bring: - Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or studying towards/have completed a degree in a data analytical, finance or business/project management related subject area, with a demonstrable passion for digitalisation and data in a finance context.- Familiarity with finance technologies and data, including cloud ERP platforms and business intelligence software, SAP, Oracle, as well business intelligence software (e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau)- Practical knowledge of AI, RPA, and analytics in a finance context.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently, inspire change, and communicate optimally.- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
