Work as a Telesales Team Leader in London
Your roles and responsibilities will be as followed,
Lead and manage a team of talented Telesales account managers.
Drive performance across the team to help achieve business wide objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor and analyse team performance, providing guidance and support for continuous
improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Capture, process and maximise orders taken.
Contact existing customers to inform them of products and offers available.
Handle customer complaints & inform relevant parties.
Gain an understanding of our customer's requirements.
Maintain customer records updating contact details etc.
Liaise with Finance re customers with poor credit record.
Complete administrative tasks such as an Ullage Log, raising credits, free goods
requests etc.
Regular contact with sales team to notify them of opportunities, threats etc.
Liaise with Warehouse and Distribution teams.
The perfect candidate will be as follows,
Experience working a food and drink setting is essential in this field or similar department objectives
Experience working in a telesales leadership is a must
Experience handing and customer complaints are a must
Driving licence is essential
