Construction Operations Manager - Warrington and surrounding areas - 45 k - 55 k plus car allowance depending on experience.
We are in search for an experienced Construction Operations manager to oversee Social housing Projects for a National Painting and maintenance Contractor working mainly from the Warrington office.
Main Duties
Operations Manager
· Salary - Between £45k-£55k
· Other - Car Allowance £4k-6k
· Experience in leading a team of contracts managers/site managers
· Ideally with experience in Social Housing working for a contractor
· Experience in running large projects from a delivery standpoint
· Good organisation and communication skills
· Comfortable working in a team
· Comfortable aiming towards targets and pushing their team to their own individual targets
· Comfortable in compiling and presenting CVRs & commercials
· Will be working closely with Lead QS on branch figures & project performance
· Strong understanding of HR
· Would be willing to head up a department to manage labour, workload, projections, transport, training, Health & Safety
· Would be reporting directly to branch manager (myself)
· Will be 90% office based in Warrington but will be required to visit sites to check H&S, Works in Progress on a monthly basis
· Wouldn't be managing any works/projects themselves
