Yes, our revenue is generated from recruitment, but 50% of what we do involves building and maintaining large technical communities. Through this approach we build genuine long term relationships with our candidates and clients.

We want graduates so we don't expect any work experience; we like to train people our way, so everyone we employ gets the same message, resulting in consistent service and culture . You'll get a lot of training and mentoring on the job in our academy, as we strongly believe in building a sustainable workforce; all our seniors started out this way and worked their way up. The really key thing is getting the right person.
You'll be bright, ambitious, honest and friendly, someone who likes meeting new people and quickly builds genuine relationships. We have no interest in arrogance, overconfidence or fake charmers – we're after the real deal, people who share our outlook and are willing to work their backsides off for fantastic return. We pay well, we give generous commission, and all our juniors get Apple Macbook Pros and iPhones for work. In return we expect loyalty, hard work, and commitment to growing our business long-term.
Our recruits will typically have a good degree, though they come from a range of backgrounds, including economics, sports science and teaching, as well as technical subjects, though most have a genuine interest in technology. You need strong analytical or research skills (or the potential for them) and excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. This isn't a 9-5 job and if you're after short-term payouts then it's probably not the role for you. The harder you work, the more you'll earn, and the more satisfaction you'll get from your work. We know, because that's how we do it. We want to grow our business long term, and we'll invest in the right people to help us do just that.
