The Pre-Sales team are responsible for lead generation and brand awareness. They are the first point of contact for all potential clients, registering their requirements in our database and fully qualifying that lead for future follow-up. Working closely with our Inside Sales and Marketing departments, there will be opportunities for Pre-Sales team members to take ownership of their own workload and support other teams with their projects. This will include creative marketing which will give successful applicants insight into the working life of some of the biggest brands in the world who are already using our award winning tool.
Whilst working in Pre-Sales you will have the chance to develop your knowledge of the IT industry and become familiar with our service management software. If you are eager to learn and would like to develop your understanding of B2B sales then we will provide full in-house training.

These 16 hours a week are flexible so that they perfectly complement your academic timetable.
