Job description

We're on a mission to give our colleagues an amazing work/life balance!

Job title:          Early Years Teacher

Location:         Syon Early Years, Isleworth

Salary:             Up to £42,000 per annum

Hours:             40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:         Permanent, Term Time only

Are you a passionate, dedicated and motivated EYFS Teacher - with qualified teacher status?

Are you looking for a position where you can truly make a difference?

We are looking for EYFS Teachers to join our fantastic team at Syon Early Years in Isleworth. You will be part of a vibrant team that enjoys opportunities for professional development, a great working environment and excellent pay and benefits. So if you are looking for a new challenge and an organisation that caters to your wellbeing and making difference, then we have the role for you

About the role

As a EYFS Teacher you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the Early Years curriculum in a way that maximises pupil's achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for a EYFS Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in an environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Quality is always top of our agenda and we pride ourselves on the quality of what we do. We are looking for a EYFS Teacher who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable pupils in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN/ASC environment would be desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

Qualification requirements: QTS or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills and Nationally recognised degree.  You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.
