We are hiring a driven Stockroom Assistant/ Picker and Packer to join our passionate team at Maison Margaux in Chelsea, London throughout the summer period.
Key Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day operations:
o Accurately fulfil customer orders and pack items to high standards, inspecting for damage or faults before packing.
o Coordinate order shipments with courier companies ensuring timely dispatch of all orders.
o Load and unload orders, involving heavy lifting to and from vehicles.
o Load dirty crockery, cutlery, and glassware into the dishwasher after events, ensuring all cleaned items are polished and safely stored.
o Check and process all rental returns, organising them back into the stockroom.
· Maintain well-stocked and correctly stacked storage areas, keeping the stockroom clean and tidy.
· Maintain accurate stock levels on the stock system to ensure all orders can be met and perform quarterly stock counts.
· Communicate effectively with Rentals Department Management and key team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
· Performing general maintenance of the machinery used in the warehouse e.g. dishwashers.
· Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

This is a flexible part time position and hours will change each week depending on event calender.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a stockroom/warehouse role (desirable)
· Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Positive and can-do attitude.
· Team player with a strong work ethic.
· Efficient and hardworking.
