Repairly provide two-hour tech repairs, sprinkled with delightful customer service and epic levels of convenience. Our mission is to encourage people to repair instead of replace therefore reducing levels of e-waste in our environment, and we do that by creating an extremely compelling repairs experience for our customers. We're currently on our way to conquering London and we desperately need white glove Representatives to help us deliver technology around the city.
The role...
Representatives pick up broken technology from collection points, interact with our Repairly engineers, and return technology to the allocated drop-off point.
You're in charge of customer experience, which means that we're looking for people who know how to treat others well. We'll also rely on your feedback from jobs to improve our business and shape our strategy.
We'll need you to have...
- A friendly character (are you able to hold a conversation?)
- A super friendly approach to customer service. Lots of smiles!
