summer holiday staff required for brand new water park - opening July 20th! Full training given - come and enjoy a brilliant summer working with us!

20 - 40 hours per week
Between £8.00 and £12.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Willow Lake Water Park is a brand new water sports park opening this summer at Billings Aquadrome Holiday Park. 

Looking for both full and part time staff to work the summer season - the water park will include a floating aqua park, SUP, paddle sports, open water swimming and outdoor saunas.

We are looking for staff to work both on and off the water - all training will be given and whilst previous experience will be considered it is not essential.

As a member of Willow Lake Water Park staff your main duties will include

  • Selling FUN! We want our customers to have a huge amount of fun and leave with huge smiles on their faces. 
  • Monitoring water users to ensure they are safe
  • Ensuring people in and adoung the water are complying with guidelines to have a safe and enjoyable visit
  • carrying out first aid and rescues when required
  • Help us to operate reception and act as welcome staff for customers
  • Reporting any accidents or complaints
  • Cleaning duties around site

ROLES

  • manager - experience in leisure industry, ideally at a watersports park desired but not essential. Salary by negotiation 
  • reception crew - all training can be given by us
  • lifeguards - all training and qualifications can be given by us

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

If you are already lifeguard trained or have worked previously at a watersports park or swimming pool, this is a bonus but it is not essential. From 8th - 12th July we will be running training courses with the following qualifications available:

  • RLSS Open Water Lifeguard
  • Emergency first aid at work
  • RLSS Aqua Park Module
  • RLSS Automated external definrillator program

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to swim 400m 

  • Have availability to work this summer

The staff who impress the most during training and the first few weeks of operation will quickly be promoted to team leaders

Expected shfts are 5 x per week over the summer holidays
