What are you going to do:
We’re seeking a proactive Assistant to support our Real Estate Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities include managing tenant check-ins, assisting with furnishing and procurement, coordinating property maintenance, and handling client-facing tasks. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, from sourcing furniture to coordinating repairs, so flexibility and multitasking are essential.
For the right candidate, there’s a significant growth opportunity to expand into lettings and sales. Previous experience in property management or related fields is a plus, but not required.
