Job description

Our client is an international retailer of luxury goods, including supercars, exclusive jewellery and related accessories. They are an advertising and marketing agency based in Mayfair and a member of the prestigious Luxury Network, with some extremely valuable individual clients on their books.

Tasks interns should expect to learn about and undertake would include:-

•You will learn how to identify customer needs upon arrival or call.

•How to manage the maintenance of the database and accuracy of marketing records.

•How to maximise all merchandise sales opportunities by developing a strong understanding of all the branded merchandise available from our client’s manufacturer partners.

•The provision of support to the sales team in administering marketing campaigns.

•You will learn how to ensure that all finance is banked promptly and accurately.

•How to carry out a monthly stock take of the merchandise stock and to provide overseas partners in Germany with accurate stock figures taking into account all purchases and sales during the month.

•To develop strong and supportive relationships with suppliers.

•To assist in the planning, organizing and implementation of all marketing events arranged by our client.

•How to maintain our client’s affiliate website, ensuring weekly audits are carried out to ensure 100% accuracy.

•You will learn about the importance of maintaining a ‘luxury atmosphere’ and the way in which this influences a customer in their choice to buy a luxury product.
