Job description
As the Buying and Merchandising Assistant for IZMAYLOVA, you will be responsible for ensuring that products appear in store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves executing the buying for Designs and accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance. Whilst assisting in the selection of collection lines to be retailed in store, you will assist in deciding how much money should be spent, how many lines should be bought, and in what quantities.Within this position you will also be responsible for managing the total supply chain process including purchasing, logistics, vendor management, 3PL, inventory control, sourcing, central warehouses for finished Fashion goods, as well the manufacturing of fashion goods.
This position will assist in setting the strategic direction for supply chain for the company as well as executing supplier contracts, agreements, freight and company pricing policies.
Overall you will ensure effective processes and quality products are the end result.
