Festival Staff Booker - London
We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic candidate to work on our staffing recruitment and event management for the Lovebox and Global Gathering festivals to start IMMEDIATELY!
Job description
The successful candidate will be based in our London office working with an account management team to recruit and book bar staff for our upcoming festivals, Lovebox and Global Gathering.You will be required to vet applications, check references and book old and new staff who meet the criteria to fill the bar staff roles at each event in the weeks running up to the festivals.
You will also be event managing with the team at the festivals to ensure the staffing and bar operation runs smoothly. This will involve staff registration, staff logistics on site, support to the bar management team and in-the-field response to issues and the demands of the bars.
