Job description
The ProgrammeWRW's graduates have a wide range and variety of opportunities available to them with exciting career prospects. As part of our 3 year programme, our graduates will be supported to undertake an MSc in one of the following focus areas; BIM, Sustainability, Quality Management Systems, Human Resource Management, Procurement, Marketing, Construction Project Management. Depending on the programme focus, graduates can expect experience of working in a myriad of environments including our Head Office, Regional Office and Project Locations to name but a few.
We have an established support network within the business to help smooth your transition into WRW and your mentors will facilitate your integration into working life. You'll work closely with your mentor and HR support staff mentor to ensure the alignment between your aspirations and our business needs. Whatever your focus, you'll be expected to add value straight away.
All graduates will primarily be based from our Head Quarters in Llanelli for the 3 years and be expected to travel one day a week for their MSc study sessions during term time.
