Part-Time Creative Content Researcher (Leading to Full-Time Creative Manager Role)

We’re hiring a part-time Creative Content Researcher to spot viral trends on TikTok and Instagram. Help our creators grow by curating content ideas aligned with their brands. Flexible hours with potential to grow into a full-time Creative Manager role.

10 - 40 hours per week
Between £10.00 and £15.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

  • Spend 10-20 hours per week actively researching TikTok and Instagram for viral or emerging trends.
  • Identify content ideas that resonate with our creators’ brands and target audiences.
  • Curate a library of trend-based content with actionable recommendations for our creators.
  • Stay updated on social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and content strategies.

    Future Growth

    Successful candidates who excel during the part-time role may transition into a full-time Creative Manager position, involving creator management, quality control on content, and strategy development.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A current university student with a passion for social media and viral content.
    • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
    • Ability to analyse and predict content that has viral potential.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
