We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic people with a natural flair for engaging with young learners. Are you creative, dynamic, and passionate about inspiring and entertaining children (14-18y) while making learning fun?
What are you going to do:
Responsible for:
The planning, organisation and running of the activities programme. Ensuring all student welfare needs are always met when on-campus. Managing all student provisions including accepting deliveries and assigning food to students. Fully interacting and engaging with students across mealtimes, activities, and social time, ensuring all students are happy, having fun and participating at all times. The role requires full participation in all activities and evening excursions.
Purpose:
The main role of a Campus Leader is to engage with the students and, in turn, make sure that the students engage with all aspects of their on-campus time. This means communicating, interacting and being alongside the students through the day, and making sure they are happy, involved and having fun.
