Landscape Architecture Internship

My China Opportunity is a comprehensive internship program provider. It is our purpose to ensure all program participants receive a well-rounded experience that encompasses China’s culture, language, and international work environment. Various resources such as housing, language training, insurance, cultural/social activities, and mentorship are provided to interns.

Job description

This summer we are giving our program a creative edge. We aim to expose our program participants to China's blooming design world by organizing studio visits, art related activities, and guest speaker events by industry leaders.

Program participants are required to pay a program fee to cover resources:

  • Two month program is $4,000 (£2408) 
  • Three months is $5,000 (£3010) 
  • Four months is $6,000 (£3613)

INTERSHIP DESCRIPTION
We are looking for highly skilled interns who have a strong creative background in architectural design. As an intern in our company, you will be exposed to various projects and improve upon your existing architectural skills.

DUTIES

  • Provide input on deepening the design of our work 
  • Analyze project requirements and complete landscape designs based on the clients 
Requirements:
  • Create preliminary and construction plan designs; 
  • Based on the feedback from our clients, make adjustments to designs to achieve perfection. 
  • Complete the delivery of a project with supervisors from other teams. 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Graduated or completing a Bachelor degree or above in architecture or landscape design. 
  • Previous experience in design is preferred; Must have demonstrated previous experience whether academic or professional. 
  • Must have a good learning attitude, 
  • Communication skills must be developed 
  • Ability to execute plans in a timely manner. 
  • Must be knowledge with AUTOCAD, SKETCH-UP, PHOTOSHOP, ADOBE SOFTWARES, MS oFFICE; 
  • Must be willing to dedicate at least two months to our company 
  • Able to work under pressure, with a strong affinity for detail 
  • Must be able to work in a team.
