Job description

We are looking for 2 to 3 motivated individuals wishing to gain experience within the air transport industry. Candidates with an interest in aviation, market research and/or product and service development will benefit most from these positions. You will initially join our airline audit team, and the position involves frequent (often arduous) global travel - you must be willing to be away for periods of 4-7 days at a time. The principal task for audit staff is to assess and report on airline (and airport) front line product and service standards.

Whilst there are opportunities to experience many different cultures around the world as part of this air travel, we stress that these are not positions where candidates can expect to luxuriate in 5-Star overnight hotel stops, or get paid for extensive global sightseeing. So please no dreamers or time-wasters! 

Successful candidates will initially complete a 2-3 month internship to determine suitability for what is a very unique type of work and lifestyle. DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

▪ A keen eye for the smallest detail is critical

▪ Excellent time keeping and diary management

▪ Knowledge of MS word (or other word processing package)

▪ Excellent written & verbal English skills

▪ Experience of global air travel (if claimed, this must documented on request)

Due to the nature of the work, successful candidates must be self-motivated and show they can work on their own initiative.

REQUIREMENTS

The position is based in the UK, principally flying from Heathrow Airport, and candidates should already live within easy travelling distance of Heathrow, and possess a UK or EU passport.
