Telesales calls and general office duties.
Hornbead is an importer and wholesaler of packaging products, selling to packaging distributors throughout the UK.
We have a small but busy office in Aldridge, Walsall and this part-time position involves telephoning customers to ask for orders, book appointments etc. You will be using our software system and reporting through it. Full training will be given. Other general office duties and task are included in this role.
You will be bright, articulate, with a friendly telephone manner, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
14-21 hours a week, flexible hours. National Minimum Wage applies.
