What you will do

As a Mobile Response Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of multiple customer locations across Northern Ireland.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular security patrols, monitoring CCTV systems, managing visitor access, and responding swiftly to intruder, fire, and CCTV alarms. You will work closely with our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) team to ensure seamless coordination and top-tier security services.

This is a dynamic role that involves both proactive and reactive tasks to maintain high security standards.

Required

• SIA license (essential).

• Full UK driving license (essential).

• At least one year of relevant experience in security or a similar role.

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
