Strategies and Execute: Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns

● Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, sustainability, and
music to keep our platforms fresh and relevant.
● Collaborate: Work closely with the team to align social media initiatives with broader
company goals.
● Advocate for Change: Use our platforms to inspire action and awareness around
environmental issues while celebrating the intersection of creativity and sustainability.

● Passion: You’re passionate about environmental issues, music, and creative culture and eager to work with a talented team of changemakers.
● Experience: Track record of managing and growing social media accounts. Experience with creative brands, startups, or a strong personal online presence is a plus.
● Creativity: Exceptional storytelling and visual content creation skills. Basic graphic design skills are needed.
● Voice: You know how to connect with diverse audiences, balancing professional and playful.
● Organised: Strong project management skills and the ability to work remotely/ alone.
● Data-Savvy: Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights and others to inform decision-making.
● Collaborative: A team player who thrives in an innovative environment.
