Social Media Manager in Bristol

Balance Eco Ltd is looking for an innovative, creative social media go-getter with a passion for the environment and a finger on the pulse of digital marketing.

16 hours per week
£15.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Strategies and Execute: Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns

that align with our mission, values, and brand identity.

Content Creation: Craft compelling posts, videos, stories, and reels that resonate

with our audience.

Community Engagement: Build and nurture our online community by responding to

comments, messages, and mentions in an authentic, personable voice.

Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, sustainability, and

music to keep our platforms fresh and relevant.

Collaborate: Work closely with the team to align social media initiatives with broader

company goals.

Advocate for Change: Use our platforms to inspire action and awareness around

environmental issues while celebrating the intersection of creativity and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For?

Passion: You’re passionate about environmental issues, music, and creative culture and eager to work with a talented team of changemakers.

Experience: Track record of managing and growing social media accounts. Experience with creative brands, startups, or a strong personal online presence is a plus.

Creativity: Exceptional storytelling and visual content creation skills. Basic graphic design skills are needed.

Voice: You know how to connect with diverse audiences, balancing professional and playful.

Organised: Strong project management skills and the ability to work remotely/ alone.

Data-Savvy: Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights and others to inform decision-making.

Collaborative: A team player who thrives in an innovative environment.
