The CQF Intern will be responsible for providing admin and marketing support in the running and promotion of the CQF Institute and CQF program. This includes assisting the CQF team with the maintenance and development of the Institute website as well as organising, Institute events, CQF alumni lectures and global information sessions. The intern will also assist with managing social media channels
Role Accountabilities:
· Maintain and update the CQF Institute website and assist with the redevelopment of the site
· Manage social media channels and communications, including LinkedIn societies
· Assist with the organisation of Institute events, including paid-for workshops
· Organise CQF alumni lectures and society events
· Assist with the organisation and promotion of CQF information sessions
· Manage Institute membership lists and other databases
· Assist with compiling the Institute newsletter and other communications
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
· Degree educated or equivalent
· Website management experience preferable
· Good knowledge of social media
· Events organisation experience preferred
· High level of attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication with accurate use of English language
· Excellent written and proof reading skills
· A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
