Customer Service and implementation: ● Support complex platform implementations ● Reconcile reporting and troubleshoot technical questions ● Identify and aggregate customer feedback ● Collaborate with other team members to complete team projects and meet goals ● Provide on-going product training to customer’s organizations and technical overviews of new feature sets as they are developed ● Follow-up of events and strategic clients: reporting results, identifying case studies and establishing long-term relationships based on Ticketea key values: simple, surprising, analytical, honest, collaborative and fun!
