Deal Originator

Marvin Agyei (Founder Ferrous Management Group)  is expanding his Deal Team and looking for 2 individuals to work with him on structuring private equity type deals

16 - 20 hours per week
Between £1.00 and £2.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

This internship offers hands-on experience in private equity, focusing on sourcing and structuring deals in the UK market, while being based in London or remotely. You will work closely with Marvin Agyei to identify opportunities for acquisitions, helping source companies for leveraged buyouts and preparing financial models for potential deals. The internship provides exposure to all stages of the deal process, including deal origination, due diligence, and financial analysis. Interns will receive training and guidance from Marvin Agyei, with the opportunity to learn about acquisitions, investments, turnarounds, and IPOs by actively contributing to live deals.

  • Identifying UK-based companies that are founder- or family-owned, potentially interested in a change of ownership.
  • Sourcing deals for acquisition (majority or 100% of shares) using "Deal Pie Strategies" and executing leveraged buyouts.
  • Assisting in the creation of financial models to stress-test deal structures and liquidity pressures.
  • Supporting the due diligence process and collaborating with financiers.
  • Working closely with Marvin Agyei on structuring private equity deals and learning from real-time deal executions.
