Full Time English Customer Service Representative for Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes-Benz are searching for Customer Service Representatives to join their Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht! The perfect way to kickstart your international career, you will have the chance to work with over 25 different nationalities and act as a brand representative ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.
Job description
The UK Market serves customers and prospective customers by handling all roadside assistance requests, inquiries and complaints for the entire range of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles. All inquiries and complaints are handled by telephone, mail, fax or email. The UK market is also responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries. As a UK Representative you insure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately; manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge.

Relocation Package
Mercedes-Benz offer a lucrative relocation package of up to € 5,000. You will be reimbursed for first arrival, moving cost (up to € 1.500 moving one time fee)
Contract and Training
After accepting a one year contract, there will be training for eight months on the job. In addition there will be continuous product training.
