Responsibilities:
-
Managing customer calls and e-mails in order to extend existing contracts and acquire new business
- Help identify and process payments for clients and solve queries
- Be knowledgeable about financial products traded on the financial markets
- Remain knowledgeable about all organisation's products and services to facilitate sales efforts
- Educating yourself with different disciplines needed to operate the broker
- Giving support in PR and Marketing activities

Requirements:
- Native English
- Bachelors Degree
- Willing to move to Bulgaria ASAP
- Energetic team player with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
Contract:
1 year contract including a 6 months probation period
