Stewards wanted for The Royal Albert Hall!
The Royal Albert Hall is the world’s most famous stage and an inspiring and energising place to work. Hosting over 380 events in the main auditorium and more than 400 in other smaller spaces, it stands true to the vision of Prince Albert in promoting an understanding and appreciation of the Arts and Sciences. As a charity the Hall is dedicated to maintaining the Grade 1 listed building and to giving access to all, through an eclectic mix of events, a thriving education programme and a range of daytime activities.
Job description
Do you have excellent customer service skills? If so we are looking for people like you to join our busy Front of House team as Stewards.You will have a genuine passion for providing fantastic service, both as an individual and as part of a team. You will enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life, acting as an ambassador for the Hall and promoting its facilities and services with natural flare and an enthusiasm for our charitable aims. Above all you will want to go the extra mile to create positively memorable experiences!
You will have a proactive and confident approach to ensure the welfare and safety of our visitors, including key responsibilities during an emergency. If you have experience in a similar environment, a positive approach to resolving queries and a desire to deliver excellent customer service, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

For this contract, you will be rostered across Friday evening and Sunday inclusive, including public holidays.
