Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining the quality and efficiency in the Client Service Centre by consistently monitoring CSSs’ transactions
- Evaluating customer service system based on monthly performance reports and trends
- Assisting associates with customer situations by offering guidance and solutions on a daily basis
- Meeting with team on a monthly basis to evaluate the monthly results and discuss future goals
- Meeting with ACM on a daily basis to plan and review department performance
- Managing, motivating and inspiring team
- Analyzing operational trends and supporting the team members to improve their performance
- Communicating and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa
Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent
- Native French speaker and proficient level in English
- 1 year experience in CSS (customer service system)
- Ability to use Internet applications
- Usage of MS Office
- Familiar with Mac OS X Application
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving
- Leadership
- Customer service oriented
