We are looking for people to work weekends and evenings during Football/Rugby matches and events. These roles are casual and are an ideal way of earning some extra cash whilst having some fun!

We are hiring ahead of the 2016/2017 season. Successful applicants will be expected to start in late July.

At Ashton Gate stadium we host Bristol's top professional sports teams including Bristol City Football Club and Bristol Rugby Club. With our Football Club playing in the Championship and Bristol Rugby newly promoted to the Premiership, our focus is becoming the best Events and Conferencing centre in the south west.

Ashton Gate Stadium isn't just a sports stadium. It will be the premier event space in the South West with a 27,000-seater sports capacity and 32,000 concert capacity. Our state-of- the-art conference and banqueting facilities will boast a 1000 seater restaurant; a split level daily opening Sports Bar and Grill; 21 Executive boxes; the premium Club lounge and a horseshoe stadium concourse encompassing bars and hospitality outlets. We will be open for business every day, not just on match days.

The following roles require the candidate to be able to committee to shifts that are dictated by the Sporting fixtures. There are around 45 fixtures a season and these usually but don't always fall on Saturday/Sundays.

For the 2016/2017 season we are currently looking for:

• Bar Managers
• Floor Managers
• Bar and waiting staff
• Hosts/hostess
• Kiosk supervisors/ Kiosk operatives
• Cashiers
• Match day staff co-ordinators

The ideal candidate will be friendly, polite and have excellent communication skills, plenty of initiative and a high standard of personal presentation. Previous experience in a quality high volume venue is desired, but not essential as staff will be fully trained depending on job spec.

Due to the anti social hours attributed to some of the shifts you must have a reliable form of transport or live locally.
