Part of the Louis Vuitton - Moet Hennessy group, Thomas Pink is a modern British shirt maker with flagship stores in London's Jermyn Street, Madison Avenue, New York and Rue Francois Premier, Paris. As well as shirts for men and women, Pink carries a wealth of luxurious silk ties, tailoring, knitwear and accessories.

Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for the

1. coding and inputting of all invoices accurately to accounting system
2. ensuring that all supplier accounts are reconciled
3. preparation and processing of pay runs to ensure suppliers are paid within credit terms or agreed company policy
4. development of Accounts Payable processes to improve efficiencies
5. line management of the Accounts Payable assistant

As the ideal candidate you must have solid demonstrable experience in Purchase Ledger, ideally within retail.

You would be a strong communicator with excellent organisation and administration skills. A relevant degree or similar accounting qualification is advantageous. You must also have previous experience of using Purchase Ledger and Accounting software/ tools.
