Job description

Side is a startup which aims to empower students in their everyday lives by earning extra money and spicing up their life with crazy experiences. You work when you need to, on the projects you want to, and you get paid for it.

We are looking for enthusiastic customer care people to help one of our portfolio companies, Bluebella Ltd, ensure their customers receive the very best possible experience.

You will be working on customer care e-mails and phone calls as well as helping with general admin. You need to:

- Be a fluent English speaker

- Have excellent phone manner and written English

- Be a good problem solver.

You will enjoy problem solving and have an analytical approach that will enable you to pick up our back-end system (Shopify & Netsuite) quickly. Experience of these systems is not required but a smart and proactive approach is a must.

We need you Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm, starting on Monday 5th December. The job will go on for 2-4 weeks and might continue in December if you're doing a good job.
