Support/Sales Representative [Intern] in London

What are you going to do:

As a Support / Sales Representative [Intern], you will help maintain tutor Ensure happiness and we continue to meet targets.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Manage online support for tutors being sourced through your client account
• Help client team to manage tutor queries
• Actively monitor tutor applications Placed over LearnerLane up to completion
• Proactively LIAISE with tutors to Ensure Their application process runs smoothly
• Answering the phone, emails, texts and tweets from Tutors / Partners
• Represent LearnerLane as first point of contact for new tutors
• Conduct sales calls to Ensure tutors move through the application process efficiently
