We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth running of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Note-taking and Documentation: Accurately record minutes during meetings, ensuring all key actions and decisions are captured and distributed in a timely manner.
• Email and Correspondence Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meeting Attendance and Support: Attend finance-related meetings, providing administrative support, including preparing agendas, compiling documents, and following up on action points.
• General Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records.
