What are you going to do:

We're Hiring: Role Players for HEAT Training (UK-Based)

Spearfish Security is looking for experienced and dynamic Role Players to support the delivery of our Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) courses in the UK.

 

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the vital training of individuals working and living in fragile and complex environments around the world.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Role Player, you will help bring realism and impact to the training through live scenario enactments. This includes:

  • Re-enacting high-pressure scenarios such as civil unrest, active shooter incidents, and checkpoint encounters
  • Participating in situational awareness drills, live casualty exercises, and real-time team simulations
  • Working alongside our experienced trainers to create an immersive and professional training environment

We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in role-playing for security, military, medical or emergency response training
  • Strong communication and improvisation skills
  • A professional and reliable approach
  • Availability for ad hoc work on scheduled training dates in the UK
