What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

• Manage strategic customer relationships and drive value-added solution selling.

• Maximize margins, grow market share, and support overall account strategy.

• Coordinate quoting, order fulfillment, delivery, and issue resolution.

• Act as main liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.

• Support supply chain programs (e.g., e-Compass, CARES) and identify new sales opportunities.

• Maintain inventory accuracy, support quality processes, and manage credit/financial info.

• Lead the quote-to-order process: pricing strategy, negotiations, and communication of changes.

Who we are looking for?  

• You have experience in a similar position. Previous experience in a software industry is desired, but not mandatory.

• Someone located around Newmarket or Harrogate

• Fluency in English  

• Good communication and negotiation skills 

• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships   

• Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

• Effective communication with people at all levels   

• Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors.

• Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.
